| ? Perform detailed analysis of complex business process requirements frame Business Analysis And Requirements gathering, Process mapping, Project scope and gap analysis. ? Understanding business process, study and analyze workflow to design solutions ? Design, customize, configure and testing of SD processes.? Creation of Functional specification and explaining the impacts of change to technical team. Must have worked on Integration with other modules SD-FI, SD-MM, Defining SD organizational units and assigning them in customizing? Serve as a go-to expert for resolving complex OTC and integration issues, must have worked in external systems integration with SAP? Ensure configurations comply with all regulatory and internal security guidelines.? Handle changes or emergency transports as needed for high priority issues? Must have worked on Fiori Apps, well versed with CDS views functionality? Provide appropriate system solutions; identify, interpret, validate and document customer requirements. ? Facilitate workshops to collect business requirements. ? Map client business requirements, processes, and objectives; develops necessary product modifications to satisfy clients needs. ? Design, customize, configure and testing of SD ? Identify gaps, issues and work around solutions.? Act as liaison with client for troubleshooting: investigate, analyze, and solve software problems. ? Document functional designs, test cases and results.? Proactively identify and propose business process and/or system enhancements and process improvements? Provide consulting services on both new implementations and existing support projects ?? Act as a liaison between the business functions and the technical team.? Provide ad-hoc training and user support as required ? Work self-directed and independently; may act as subject matter mentor to more junior members? Familiarity with RICEFW objects, pricing routines, BADI, and BAPI implementations.? Proven track in requirements gathering, creating functional specifications, and collaborating with both business and IT teams.? Experience in testing, go-live preparations, and hyper care phases. |
