SAP Device Management Lead

Our Ontario based client is seeking for an experienced SAP Device Management S/4HANA Lead to join their project on a long term contract. The ideal candidate must have extensive experience designing and managing end to end Metering & Device processes. This includes expertise in device lifecycle, technical data, installation/removal, meter reading (VEE), billing determinants, disconnection/reconnection, work management handoffs, and integration with AMI/MDM and Head End Systems. This hybrid role comes with the expectation of weekly or bi-weekly travel (Monday night to Thursday EOD)

Key Responsibilities:

• Own and manage the end-to-end Metering & Device processes within S/4HANA.
• Lead the functional design and configuration for the full device lifecycle, including technical data, installation, removal, disconnection, and reconnection.
• Oversee core metering operations: meter reading, validation/estimation/substitution (VEE), and billing determinants.
• Manage work management handoffs and ensure seamless process integration with field operations.
• Drive the design and execution of critical integrations with external systems (AMI, MDM, and Head-End Systems).
• Will drive solution design, ensure data quality, and establish operational excellence for high-volume metering environments.
• Develop and enforce governance frameworks for metering data integrity and process reliability.
• Utilities experience is a major asset.
