Need an experienced person who can comfortably take on challenges in unfamiliar areas, work independently, and has excellent communications skills. Project focused responsibility inclusive of mergers, acquisitions and divestitures where the individual(s) will work with a multi-disciplined user base to support system change requirements, develop functional specifications, and support project execution. Requires n-depth, hands-on experience in SAP across the following financial disciplines, Financial Accounting (FI), Cost Accounting (CO), Project Systems (PS), Materials Management (MM), and Sales and Distribution (SD) modules as well as working knowledge of Cost Accounting Standards, Federal Acquisition Regulations, Generally Accepted Accounting Principles & Sarbanes Oxley
FI/CO Focused
• Hands-on experience with SAP FI, to include General Ledger (GL), Payables (AP), Receivables (AR) and Asset Accounting (AA)
• Hands on experience with SAP CO to include Cost Center Accounting, complex allocation methodologies, overhead burdening applications, Profit Center accounting, intercompany accounting, revenue recognition and reporting, Tax and Treasury
• Proven experience in data migration and system conversions with a strong understanding of M&A integration to bridge business knowledge with technical execution
• Ability to analyze complex datasets, reconcile discrepancies and communicate findings to leadership
