Job Description:
We are seeking a hands-on HCM ABAP Developer with strong experience in SAP HCM and employee lifecycle processes to support a migration from ECC to S/4HANA. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in ABAP development within the HCM domain, with exposure to Payroll, Benefits, SuccessFactors, and Employee Central Payroll (ECP). This role requires someone who can quickly onboard and contribute from the first week, supporting development and integration activities in the S/4HANA environment. Most project collaboration will occur with the team based in Miramar, though the position allows hybrid or remote flexibility.
Required Qualifications:
Strong SAP ABAP development experience focused on HCM modules.
Hands-on experience with Payroll and Benefits processes.
Exposure to SuccessFactors and Employee Central Payroll (ECP).
Experience working in S/4HANA environments with legacy ECC systems.
Ability to quickly ramp up and contribute to development tasks immediately.
Strong troubleshooting, debugging, and collaboration skills.
Experience with HR integrations between SuccessFactors and SAP HCM/ECP.
Knowledge of HR data models and employee lifecycle processes.
