Job Title: Sanitation Technician – Food Manufacturing
Location: Torrance, CA
Pay Rate: $20.50 per hour
Shifts Available: 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shifts

Job Description:
We are currently seeking experienced Sanitation Technicians to join a food manufacturing facility in Torrance, CA. This role is critical in maintaining strict cleanliness and hygiene standards required in food production environments. Previous food manufacturing sanitation experience is a must.

Responsibilities:

• Clean and sanitize food processing equipment, production lines, tools, and facility surfaces.

• Follow strict sanitation and safety protocols in compliance with FDA, USDA, and company standards.

• Safely handle and apply industrial cleaning chemicals.

• Disassemble and reassemble machinery as required for deep cleaning.

• Maintain documentation of cleaning logs and inspections.

• Ensure all cleaning procedures are completed within scheduled downtime to avoid production delays.

• Clean restrooms, breakrooms, and general facility areas as needed.

Requirements:

• Must have previous experience working in sanitation within a food manufacturing environment.

• Knowledge of GMPs, HACCP, and food safety regulations strongly preferred.

• Ability to work in wet, humid, or cold environments for extended periods.

• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand/bend for long periods.

• Must be able to work independently and follow detailed cleaning procedures.

• Flexible to work any of the available shifts.

Schedule Options:

• 1st Shift: Morning hours

• 2nd Shift: Afternoon/Evening hours

• 3rd Shift: Overnight hours

Pay: $20.50/hour
