Job Description:
Join our team in Franklin, TN as a contract Salesforce Solution Architect. 
In this role, you will lead the design and implementation of technology solutions, ensuring they align with business objectives. 
Your expertise in system architecture and technology evaluation will be critical to our success.

Key Responsibilities
Define and document solution architecture, aligning with business goals.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and understand requirements.
Provide technical guidance to development teams for effective solution implementation.
Ensure solutions meet performance, scalability, and security standards.
Identify and mitigate potential risks, contributing to continuous improvement.

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or related field.
10 years of experience in software development or systems engineering.
5 years of operational experience with CRM platforms preferred.
Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
