Job Title: Salesforce QA Analyst

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Salesforce QA Analyst to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in testing Salesforce applications and ensuring the delivery of high-quality solutions. You will work closely with developers, business analysts, and stakeholders to understand requirements and ensure the quality of deliverables.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into test cases and test scripts.
- Perform manual and automated testing on Salesforce applications.
- Identify, document, and track defects using appropriate tools.
- Work with the development team to resolve issues and validate fixes.
- Create and maintain test documentation, including test plans, test cases, and test data.
- Participate in Agile/Scrum meetings and contribute to continuous improvement.
- Ensure compliance with quality standards and best practices.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in QA testing with a focus on Salesforce platform.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and custom applications.
- Experience with test automation tools like Selenium, TestNG, or similar.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Salesforce certification(s) such as Salesforce Administrator or Platform App Builder.
- Experience with API testing and integration testing.
- Knowledge of JIRA or other defect tracking tools.
