Job Summary
We are seeking a Salesforce Developer (Technical Lead) to support Client project initiatives. This role involves leading development efforts, designing scalable Salesforce solutions, and ensuring seamless integrations across systems. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Salesforce development, integration, and Omni Channel contact center solutions, along with the ability to lead a small team.
Key Responsibilities
Salesforce Development & Customization
- Develop and customize Salesforce applications using Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning components
- Design and implement scalable and efficient Salesforce solutions
- Ensure high-quality, maintainable, and secure code
Integration & Architecture
- Integrate Salesforce with external systems and platforms
- Ensure seamless data flow and system interoperability
- Work on Omni Channel contact center solutions within Salesforce
Technical Leadership
- Lead and mentor a team of developers (onshore/offshore)
- Provide technical guidance, code reviews, and best practices
- Act as the primary technical point of contact for Salesforce development
Stakeholder Collaboration
- Work closely with business analysts and stakeholders to gather and translate requirements
- Provide technical expertise and solution recommendations
- Participate in design discussions and project planning
Support & Troubleshooting
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Salesforce applications and integrations
- Ensure system performance, scalability, and reliability
Documentation & Governance
- Create and maintain technical documentation, including design documents and code comments
- Ensure adherence to development standards and governance processes
Required Skills & Experience
- 6–9 years of experience in Salesforce development
- Strong expertise in Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning (LWC/Aura)
- Experience in Salesforce integrations (REST/SOAP APIs)
- Experience with Omni Channel / Contact Center solutions
- Proven experience in a Technical Lead or Team Lead role
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Preferred Skills
- Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC)
- Experience leading distributed or offshore teams
- Familiarity with CI/CD and DevOps practices in Salesforce
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (preferred)
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Work Environment
- Fully remote role
- Lead position overseeing a team (including offshore resources)
- Collaborative, agile project environment
