Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Developer with 3–5 years of hands-on custom Salesforce development experience to join a fast-paced Agile team supporting Financial Client. The ideal candidate is a self-starter with strong technical expertise in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), integrations, and DevOps practices, along with excellent communication skills and a strong sense of ownership.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Scrum teams to refine user stories and participate in:
• • Story estimation
  • Gap analysis
  • Feasibility assessments
• Partner with Technical Leads to:
• • Analyze requirements
  • Create high-level system design and architecture documentation
• Participate in 2-week sprint cycles delivering:
• • Apex triggers
  • Lightning Web Components (LWC)
  • Salesforce Flows
  • OmniScripts
• Develop Apex test classes ensuring minimum 75% code coverage
• Perform code commits, back merges, and conflict resolution using Git
• Participate in:
• • Peer reviews and code reviews
  • Bug fixes for testing and production environments
  • Deployment and release support
  • Technical documentation
• Actively engage in Agile ceremonies:
• • JAD sessions
  • Daily stand-ups
  • Sprint planning
  • Retrospectives
