Required Skills & Qualifications

• Applicants must be able to work directly for Artech on W2
• 5 years of proficiency in Salesforce development, including Apex, Visualforce, Lightning components, and Salesforce configuration
• Experience with application development, software integration, and system architecture
• Strong understanding of CRM and SaaS platforms, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Marketing Cloud
• Experience with troubleshooting, providing technical support, and problem-solving
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field; Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Platform Developer I or II) preferred

Preferred Skills & Qualifications

• Familiarity with programming languages such as JavaScript, Java, or REST APIs
• Demonstrated knowledge of Agile development methodologies
• Good communication and collaboration skills to engage with cross-functional teams

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Design and implement enterprise workflows, CRM solutions, and custom applications on the Salesforce platform
• Develop and customize Salesforce applications using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Aura Components
• Build Salesforce integrations using REST, SOAP, and middleware tools for connecting with external systems
• Create and manage Lightning pages, components, and UI customizations for optimal user experience
• Manage Salesforce deployment and release management using Change Sets, Salesforce CLI, and DevOps tools
