Position: Salesforce CRM Analytics Developer

Location: Remote (Anywhere within US)

Job Description:

  1. 5 plus Years in CRMA/ Tableau CRM/Einstein/ Wave Analytics
  2. 5+ years in Data warehouse and Business Intelligence with Any Self-Service BI Tool (Preferably Tableau)
  3. 5+ years in SQL
  4. 3+ years in JSON/SAQL/SOQL and XML
  5. 3 year in any Salesforce CRM application process experience. (Sales Cloud, Marketing Cloud or Service Cloud not mandatory)

Responsibilities:

  • Interact with business and understand CRM functional requirements and prepare TCRM technical solution.
  • Create data flows, recipes and complex Dashboards (binding).
  • Create complex SAQL queries in TCRM
  • Experience in Building, Maintaining and Migrate TCRM assets in Salesforce ecosystem.
  • Experience in building and designing large enterprise BI & Analytics applications
  • Other responsibilities include documenting business requirements, creating data models, designing and building reports and dashboards
  • Demonstrates a consultative mindset and desire to work well with the client, on-site team members and Ready to adopt/learn new tools.
  • Perform routine data analysis, data validation, and data mapping
  • Produce client deliverables for the Salesforce platform such as detailed design documentation, unit test plans and well documented code
  • Understand and consult on best practices with team to share and learn.

  • Integrate new functionality from salesforce
  • Developing/enhancing applications in salesforce
  • Train new end users on the salesforce
  • Refine and manage salesforce standards
  • Designing solutions using technologies like salesforce
  • Manage service tickets with salesforce
  • Perform administrative functions in salesforce
  • Integrate salesforce with other bank systems
  • Create and maintains reports in salesforce
  • Assist sales management to create processes in salesforce
  • Assist marketing management to create processes in salesforce
  • Support new and innovative custom applications utilizing the salesforce
  • Change in upcoming versions of salesforce
  • Adding support for training new end users on the salesforce
  • Facilitating standardization of business processes across all salesforce
  • Using Force. com and integrate salesforce
  • Leading the design /build of the salesforce
  • Perform data cleansing activities through use of salesforce
  • Maintain various recurring and ad hoc salesforce
  • Assist with determining if /how salesforce
