Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Architect with a strong background in OmniStudio to design and deliver scalable, high-performance Salesforce solutions. The ideal candidate will have 14+ years of overall IT experience, with deep expertise in Salesforce architecture, particularly in industries leveraging OmniStudio (formerly Vlocity).
In this role, you will be responsible for leading end-to-end solution design, ensuring alignment with business requirements, and implementing best practices across the Salesforce ecosystem. You will work closely with business stakeholders, product owners, and development teams to translate complex business needs into technical solutions.
A key focus will be on leveraging OmniStudio components such as OmniScripts, DataRaptors, Integration Procedures, and FlexCards to build efficient, reusable, and scalable applications. Hands-on experience with Omni-Channel is required to enable seamless customer engagement and case routing capabilities.
You will also be responsible for defining architecture standards, ensuring data integrity, optimizing system performance, and guiding development teams through design and implementation phases. Strong experience with Salesforce Service Cloud, integrations, APIs, and enterprise-level deployments is highly preferred.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to lead technical discussions, mentor teams, and drive solutioning in a fast-paced environment are essential for success in this role.
