Sales Team Members will work on:

• Actively seeking out new leads using methods like cold calling, networking, social media, and referrals, and initiating contact to introduce products or services.
• Tailoring sales pitches to different customer needs and clearly explaining how internet plans can solve their problems or enhance their lives.
• Having a deep understanding of all features, pricing, and technical aspects of the internet plans to confidently address customer queries and address any concerns they may have.
• Skillfully discussing terms, addressing resistance, and guiding potential customers through the final stages of the sales process to secure their commitment and build long-term relationships.
• Meticulously documenting all sales calls, meetings, customer preferences, and purchase history to track progress, ensure follow-up, and inform future strategies.
• Working with the Sales Team Members, sharing successful strategies, and supporting colleagues to collectively meet and exceed sales goals.
