- Provide customer-facing support with clarity.
- Guide individuals through online application processes.
- Answer questions about internet plans and eligibility.
- Maintain accurate digital records.
- Collaborate with Sales Team Member teammates—because misery loves company, especially in sales.
- Promote internet solutions like you’re saving lives (because in 2026, you kind of are).
- Ensure customers stay connected without interruptions.
