Sales Support Specialist

We’re looking for a detail-oriented and friendly Sales Support Specialist to join our Draper, Utah team. This is a fully in-person position, where the Sales Support Specialist will work closely with sales representatives and customers to ensure smooth operations and excellent service. As a Sales Support Specialist, you’ll provide guidance, troubleshoot issues, and assist in closing sales. You will also act as a key resource for client support, helping manage client needs, provide follow-up, and maintain positive customer relationships.

Responsibilities as a Sales Support Specialist:

• Assist sales representatives in person as a professional Sales Support Specialist, serving as a reliable resource to ensure seamless workflow
• Support customers by answering questions, guiding purchases, and acting as a helpful resource for resolving issues
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, leads, and follow-ups
• Collaborate with team members to optimize processes and provide consistent support as a team resource
• Act as a primary resource to address client inquiries and ensure satisfaction
• Provide training and mentorship to new team members in sales procedures as a knowledgeable resource
• Support community events, customer visits, and on-site sales activities as an on-site resource
• Monitor sales data and report insights to management as a Sales Support Specialist

Qualifications as a Sales Support Specialist:

• High school Diploma, GED, or equivalent education
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Comfortable working in person with clients and team members throughout the day
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks
• Friendly, approachable, and customer-focused
• Previous experience in sales, customer service, or support roles is a plus
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally in Draper
