The Role: Sales Support & Events Coordinator (Part‑Time)
You'll be the behind‑the‑scenes powerhouse that helps our Sales and Marketing teams shine. From coordinating tradeshows to keeping sales tools and reports flowing smoothly, you'll play a key role in delivering an exceptional customer experience.
What You'll Be Doing
Event & Tradeshow Magic
- Coordinate logistics for tradeshows, customer events, and golf outings
- Manage booths, signage, swag, samples, and giveaways
- Keep event calendars organized and budgets on track
- Help prep before the event-and wrap it up with follow‑up and reporting after
Sales Support Superpowers
- Create and maintain sales reports, price books, and forms (Excel lovers, this is for you!)
- Prep product samples and materials for sales meetings
- Keep sales tools current and easy for the team to use
General Support (AKA Being Awesome at Everything)
- Process donation requests and assemble gift baskets
- Coordinate shipments for samples, marketing materials, and graphics
- Keep files, records, and event archives tidy and accurate
- Jump in on special projects across the team as needed
✅ You Might Be the Perfect Fit If You:
- Have 1–3 years of experience in sales support, event coordination, or a similar role
- Are confident in Microsoft Excel and Outlook
- Enjoy staying organized and juggling multiple projects
- Communicate clearly and love working with a team
- Have experience with CRM tools (Dynamics 365 is a plus!)
- Can lift up to 25 lbs. and aren't afraid to help move event materials
- Bonus points if you've worked with distributor or GDSN reporting
