Job Overview
 
This role exists to support the daily operations of the sales and sales administration departments of Komatsu West. The role will support salespeople in the Rocky Mountain Region and rental activities in both the Great Basin and Rocky Mountain regions. The role will additionally help to prepare for sale and market machines that reach the end of their life cycle in the company owned rental fleet
 
Key Job Responsibilities
 
*
Provide machine and attachment pricing assistance to sale staff and sales management to assure proper margin and commission calculations for sales processing.
*
Assist the sales staff to identify and locate attachments for rental and sales activities.
*
Coordinate the exit of aged machines from the rental fleet and follow defined processes to prepare the machines for sale and marketing.
*
Provide operational support for the fleet of company owned vehicle.
*
Provide operational support for the internal transportation department.
*
Assist sales administration with month end activities including sales processing and report generation and distribution.
 
Qualifications/Requirements
 
*
4 year degree preferred
*
Experience with operational and sales support.
*
Online marketing experience.
*
High level interpersonal skills required.
*
Spreadsheet development and data interpretation
*
Heavy equipment industry experience
*
Fleet operations experience
*
Sales administration experience
