What a Sales Support Coordinator Does

 

  • Sell Quantum Fiber plans and devices directly to customers in-person.

  • Lead by example with demos and high-volume closes.

  • Mentor and train junior sales associates on closing techniques.

  • Drive team performance to meet store and individual targets.

  • Manage escalations and complex customer negotiations.

  • Track team metrics and report performance to management.

  • Participate in hiring and onboarding new sales staff.

  • Represent Quantum Fiber at local events to generate leads.
