What You’ll Do As part of our Technical Sales Support team, you’ll help bridge the gap between customers, sales, and manufacturing operations. * Manufacturing‑Based Sales Support: Provide technical guidance and quoting support to the sales team based on manufacturing capabilities, product configurations, and production considerations. * Customer Technical Assistance: Support customer inquiries related to product specifications, manufacturability, and application of medical devices produced on-site. * Collaboration with Manufacturing Teams: Partner closely with Manufacturing, Engineering, and Operations to align customer needs with production capabilities and timelines. * Product & Process Knowledge: Learn medical device manufacturing processes, materials, and quality requirements to accurately support sales and customer requests. * Documentation & Compliance: Assist with maintaining product specifications, manufacturing documentation, and technical reference materials in accordance with regulated medical device standards. * Continuous Improvement Support: Gather customer feedback and work with internal teams to support process enhancements and product improvements. * Additional Responsibilities: Perform other related duties as assigned. What We’re Looking For Education * Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred. Experience * 0–2 years of experience in manufacturing support, technical support, sales support, quality, or a related role. * Internships, co‑ops, or academic projects in manufacturing or regulated industries are a plus.
