The Sales Support Associate will support sales efforts by engaging clients in person, simplifying upgrade choices, and coordinating your territory to maximize sales impact.

As a Sales Support Associate, you’ll participate in training that builds expertise in AT&T Fiber offerings, prospecting methods, and sales support strategies. The Sales Support Associate assesses household connectivity needs, provides reliable sales support, and helps customers navigate fiber-optic internet options.

Core Functions of the Sales Support Associate:

• Focus your outreach on Charlotte streets where residents are ready to trade slow internet for the light-speed power of AT&T Fiber.
• Drive sales growth by explaining the benefits of fiber-optic internet in plain English, focusing on better connections for the whole family.
• Keep the sales team on the same page with a clear record of leads and residents who want to hear more about AT&T Fiber.
• Coordinate property reviews that help the client see just how easy it is to get a new fiber-optic internet account installed.
• Hunt for homeowners using old, slow equipment and present AT&T Fiber as the high-performance sales upgrade they’ve been waiting for.
• Deliver updates to the support about which homes are ready for their new AT&T Fiber installation.

Education & Experience Needed for the Sales Support Associate:

• A high school diploma or GED is preferred.
• Experience in sales or customer support is a plus.
• Mastery of a helpful sales style that focuses on solving a family’s internet needs.
