PMI Sales Agency, a sales and marketing firm in Denver, is hiring a Sales Success Associate for our Quantum Fiber campaign. The Sales Success guides clients through enrollment, manages accounts, and combines sales proficiency with customer success strategies to ensure households enjoy fiber-fast internet seamlessly.

As a Sales Success Associate, you'll combine your sales skills with customer-focused service to help households discover the perfect internet solution. Training will equip the Sales Success Associate to provide exceptional support from initial consultation to ongoing service, ensuring success for both customers and our campaign.

Key Responsibilities of the Sales Success Associate

• Serve as the in-person sales representative of Quantum Fiber in Denver, guiding residents through plan selection and enrollment to drive residential sales.
• Conduct home visits to present Quantum Fiber residential internet plans, highlighting key benefits to generate new sales opportunities.
• Engage residents in consultative discussions to uncover connectivity needs and propose tailored sales solutions.
• Support customer success by ensuring seamless onboarding and proactively following up to secure long-term sales retention.
• Maintain detailed records of sales interactions, account updates, and service requests to optimize future sales strategies.
• Collaborate with the sales team to identify upsell opportunities and expand household plan adoption for stronger sales performance.

Minimum Qualifications of the Sales Success Associate

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Experience in sales and customer success is a plus.
• Skilled at guiding households through Quantum Fiber solutions with clarity and empathy.
• Detail‑oriented in managing service requests and multiple household accounts.
