WHAT YOUR DAY AS A SALES SPECIALIST - ARBORIST LOOKS LIKE

In this role, your day will focus on visiting families in their homes, listening to their needs, and showing them the value of professional tree care. You will start with consultations, walk clients through their options, and explain solutions clearly. Instead of pushing for a sale, you will focus on building trust and helping people feel confident in their choices. By the end of the day, you'll have not only made sales but also built relationships that keep clients coming back.

YOU'LL WORK THESE HOURS AS OUR SALES SPECIALIST - ARBORIST

This is a full-time position. You will start at 7:30 a.m. and usually finish between 4:00 and 5:00 p.m., depending on the route.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:

• Experience with in-home sales (not B2B) with comfort entering people's homes and building rapport
• Experience selling big-ticket items in the $1,000 – $20,000 range, such as flooring, tile, solar, or cars
• People-first mindset with the ability to sell through trust, care, and genuine connection
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Integrity and professionalism, with a focus on selling the right solution rather than making a quick sale
