The Sales Solutions Associate consults on fiber-to-the-home feasibility, validates address eligibility, and aligns service configurations with household needs—ensuring every residential customer’s setup is optimized for speed, reliability, and long-term satisfaction.


Core Functions of the Sales Solutions Associate

  • Deliver accurate guidance on AT&T Fiber Internet speeds, Wi‑Fi 6 hardware, and service availability to residential customers.
  • Explain the technical advantages of AT&T Fiber’s symmetrical upload and download speeds, emphasizing performance for streaming, gaming, and remote work.
