Responsibilities
- Client Engagement: Actively engage with potential and current clients to understand their insurance needs and provide personalized solutions.
- Lead Generation: Identify and target prospective clients through various networking strategies and community involvement.
- Customer Service: Offer exceptional customer service by guiding clients through policy questions and ensuring a seamless interaction with Farmers Insurance.
- Policy Sales: Utilize sales strategies to convert leads into policyholders by matching clients with the appropriate insurance policies.

Requirements
- Licensing: Willingness to obtain or already possess the necessary insurance licenses for the state of Pennsylvania. No previous experience necessary, licensing assistance available.
- Experience: Previous experience in sales, customer service, or insurance is advantageous.
