USA Tools is hiring a motivated and relationship-driven Outside Route Sales Representative to manage a fully equipped mobile tool store in the Gainesville area.

This is not a desk job. You'll run your own route, build long-term customer relationships, and grow your income with uncapped commission potential.

Your First 30 Days

What You'll Do

• Operate a fully stocked mobile tool truck
• Service an established route of automotive repair shops
• Sell professional-grade tools, diagnostic equipment, and shop equipment
• Build and maintain long-term customer relationships
• Grow your territory through excellent service and consistent follow-up

What We're Looking For

• Sales or customer service experience (preferred)
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented mindset
• Valid Driver's License (required)
• 25 years or older (required for insurance purposes)
• High school diploma or equivalent (required)
