YOUR SCHEDULE AS OUR SALES REPRESENTATIVE:

This is a 1099 outside sales position with in‑home leads localized to your territory across Northern Indiana, Northeastern Illinois, and Western Michigan. No overnight stays are required.

Preferred Qualifications:

Candidates with exterior remodeling and/or construction sales backgrounds, one‑call closing experience, and familiarity with Microsoft Windows & Microsoft Office will be highly competitive.

In this 1099 sales role, you partner with residential homeowners and our installation team to guide customers through solutions in windows, siding, doors, gutters/gutter protection, retractable awnings, and concrete coatings. Your day revolves around in‑home appointments (we supply the leads) where you build trust, assess needs, present options, including our Costco‑based Sunsetter Awning program, and close with professionalism. You'll leverage continuous lead flow, communicate seamlessly with operations, and deliver the kind of service that keeps our A+ reputation strong-all while driving your own performance in a fast‑moving, growth‑minded environment.
