Our client, a retail store with over 50 years in the business, is looking for a dynamic and motivated Sales Representative to join its team. If you enjoy achieving sales goals, providing great customer service while building lasting relationships with customers, we want to hear from you.

Position Summary: The Sales Representative plays a crucial role in fostering relationships with both individuals and businesses to promote and sell products and services. You will work towards achieving internal sales targets, contribute to the development and implementation of sales strategies, and embody the company's Core Values, Core Focus, and Philosophy. Your role will also involve enhancing company culture and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate awareness and demand for their products and services.
  • Identify and pursue potential sales opportunities, communicating the benefits and features of offerings effectively.
  • Maintain communication with internal teams to ensure smooth transactions.
  • Use business directories, leads, and networking events to identify prospective customers.
  • Provide technical product information and quotes based on customer needs and negotiation factors.
  • Manage sales activities and customer information using ERP system and sales tools.
  • Stay informed about market trends, product innovations, and competitor activities.
  • Offer ongoing support to clients after sales and contracts to resolve issues and ensure satisfaction.
  • Perform additional duties as needed.
Minimum Qualifications:
  • Diploma / GED required. Degree preferred
  • Knowledge of relationship sales techniques and a proven ability to build and maintain client relationships.
  • Adaptable, creative, and comfortable working in a dynamic environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think creatively and communicate effectively about our products and services.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with well-developed presentation abilities.
  • Outstanding customer relationship management skills.
Must have reliable transportation to travel to S. Williamsport, Lock Haven, Sunbury and Milton locations.

Pay: $15.00 per hour plus commissions

Hours: Must be available to work store retail hours including weekends. This will start with part time hours and moving into a full time role.
