Position Overview
As a Frontline Sales Representative, you will work onsite at our sales location, guiding prospective members through our proven sales process. You’ll thrive in a collaborative environment with access to tools for success, including:
- Group sales presentations led by industry veterans
- Support from experienced team managers to help close sales
Responsibilities
- Conduct engaging in-person presentations to prospective members
- Build rapport and establish trust with clients
- Guide prospects through the sales process and close deals
- Maintain accurate records in CRM systems
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals

Qualifications
- Previous sales experience preferred (auto, insurance, finance, luxury goods, hospitality)
- Build trust and rapport easily
- Handle stress and rejection effectively
- Competitive, driven, confident communicator
- Strong listener and quick thinker
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Persuasive personality
- Driven to meet sales goals
- Must hold or willing to obtain a TN Real Estate/Timeshare license
- Ability to work during day, including weekends and holidays
- Must be able to work onsite/in person at our sales location
