Your Role
We are seeking motivated Sales Representative to work onsite at partner healthcare facilities. In this role, you will educate residents and caregivers/ family members about health insurance options, assist with enrollment, and ensure compliance with company and regulatory standards. You'll be a trusted resource for residents and families, helping them navigate coverage options and access essential care. (Insurance License cost will be covered by Lyric)
This is a client-facing position that requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a passion for helping people understand their insurance benefits.
What You'll Be Doing
- Engage with residents and family members to explain health insurance plans and benefits.
- Assist with enrollment applications and verify eligibility.
- Provide guidance on coverage options and answer questions clearly and accurately.
- Maintain accurate records and submit required documentation promptly.
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA, state regulations, and company policies.
- Collaborate with facility staff and internal teams to support client needs.
- Deliver exceptional customer service and build positive relationships with residents and families.
What You'll Bring
- High school diploma or equivalent (Associate or Bachelor's degree preferred).
- Willingness to sit for exam for Insurance License (company will cover cost)
- 5+ years of experience in health insurance sales, enrollment, or customer service.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-first mindset.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, onsite environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Salesforce
- This is a field-based position, ability to travel up to 60% is required
Preferred Qualifications:
- Familiarity with Medicare/Medicaid, supplemental insurance products, and long-term care coverage.
- Experience in healthcare facilities or senior care environments.
- Knowledge of HIPAA compliance and insurance fraud prevention.
