Job Responsibilities:
- Complete extensive product training including understanding the competition and client demographic
- Maintain strong knowledge base of all new vehicle makes and models
- Interact and consult with customers to guide them through their vehicle purchase
- Create the best vehicle-buying experience to make lifelong clients
- Follow up with existing and potential customers to generate leads and close sales
- Test drive vehicles to demonstrate features and benefits
- Establish personal goals that are consistent with dealership standards of productivity and devise a strategy to meet those goals
- Effectively communicate purchase/lease quotes, return email/voicemail, other administrative functions

Job Requirements:
The ideal candidate has a customer service related background - a general sales background of some sort (electronics, appliances, etc.) OR a hard working professional looking to make a career change.
We have determined some factors that may enhance your success as an Automotive Sales Rep:
- FRIENDLY and OUTGOING personality with a Positive Attitude, be Sales-Minded with SUPERIOR Customer Service skills
- Great Phone Skills – Able to call from Lead Lists to Set Appointments
- Willing and able to follow instruction - learn/use Customer Management System to manage customers and continually train to stay certified on all product lines
- Excellent problem-solving skills, negotiation skills, and the ability to overcome objections
- Proficiency with Apple/Android devices and sending emails/text messages involving photos
- Responsible and accountable to work schedule
- Bilingual is a plus
