Sales Representative (Entry Level)

We are seeking a motivated and personable Sales Representative (Entry Level) to join our team in Draper, Utah. This is a fully in-person position, where the Sales Representative (Entry Level) will engage directly with customers to promote products and services, answer questions, and ensure a positive sales experience. As a Sales Representative (Entry Level), you’ll be the face of the company, building relationships, educating customers, and helping them choose the best solutions. In this role, you will also provide hands-on guidance, assisting customers with inquiries, walking them through purchasing decisions, and supporting follow-up to ensure satisfaction.

Responsibilities as a Sales Representative (Entry Level):

• Represent the company in person as a friendly and professional Sales Representative (Entry Level), introducing products and services to customers
• Build relationships, answer questions, and guide customers through purchasing decisions by offering knowledgeable guidance
• Generate leads, schedule appointments, and track interactions in the system
• Support community outreach, local events, and face-to-face sales activities
• Meet or exceed sales goals while providing exceptional service and guidance as a Sales Representative (Entry Level)
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations and consistent guidance throughout the customer experience
• Provide follow-up and continued guidance to customers to ensure satisfaction
• Act as a mentor to new team members, offering training and guidance on sales techniques and customer engagement

Qualifications as a Sales Representative (Entry Level):

• High school Diploma, GED, or equivalent education
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Comfortable working in person with customers throughout the day
• Friendly, outgoing, and customer-focused attitude
• Organized and able to manage multiple leads and interactions
• Previous sales, customer service, or retail experience is a plus but not required
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally in Draper
