Sales Representative – Overview

The Sales Representative is responsible for generating new business, managing customer relationships, and promoting the company’s services and solutions. This role requires a self‑driven sales professional with strong technical aptitude and the ability to understand customer needs across industrial, commercial, and municipal markets.

• Base and Bonus compensation package
• Company vehicle, IT (Laptop / Phone) and travel expenses provided
• Travel to KY and TN service area

Key Responsibilities

Business Development

• Identify and pursue new sales opportunities across target industries
• Develop and execute territory sales strategies to achieve revenue goals

Customer Relationship Management

• Maintain regular communication with existing customers to ensure satisfaction and repeat business
• Conduct on‑site visits to assess customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions

Technical Sales & Support

• Provide customers with product knowledge and technical insights
• Collaborate with internal teams to prepare accurate quotes and timelines

Quoting & Reporting

• Track sales activity using CRM tools
• Provide regular updates and reports to management

Team Collaboration

• Coordinate with inside sales, customer service, and operations teams to ensure smooth order processing and communication
• Participate in sales meetings, training sessions, and industry events

Qualifications

• Experience in outside sales, preferably in technical, industrial, or service‑based environments
• Ability to understand and communicate technical information
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Ability to read and interpret technical specifications
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within assigned territory
• Self‑motivated, organized, and goal‑oriented
