The Role
As a Sales Representative, you'll manage relationships with business clients while leading structured conversations around benefit solutions. You'll operate within a proven system while maintaining independence over how you organize your territory and day-to-day workflow.
If you're comfortable leading groups, facilitating discussions, and creating clarity for others, this role offers a natural transition into consultative B2B sales.
What You'll Do
Connect with local business leaders to introduce supplemental insurance programs
Deliver clear, confident presentations to employee groups
Break down benefit options in a way that feels approachable and practical
Maintain ongoing client relationships through consistent follow-up
Plan your territory, appointments, and weekly activity
Collaborate in strategy sessions and professional development meetings
Training & Support
