We’re looking for a dynamic, driven, and design-savvy Sales Representative to join our team, based in Dallas and covering Texas and adjacent markets. This is a front-facing, high-impact role ideal for a natural relationship builder with a passion for luxury interiors and a proven track record in sales.
You’ll lead business development efforts across the region—identifying opportunities, nurturing relationships, and closing deals with top-tier interior designers, architects, and discerning clients. MUST HAVE INTERIOR DESIGN PRODUCT SALES EXPERIENCE.

What You’ll Do
Proactively grow sales across Texas and adjacent markets by identifying, pursuing, and converting new business opportunities
Confidently and consistently present collections and custom design solutions to the interior design and architecture community
Cultivate and maintain strong, trusted relationships with existing and prospective trade clients
Conduct showroom appointments, design studio visits, drop-ins, and outreach to ensure continuous pipeline development
Partner with internal teams (design, operations, logistics) to seamlessly manage each project from concept through installation
Handle walk-in clients with professionalism and polish, delivering an exceptional showroom experience
Deliver clear, timely communication to clients throughout the project lifecycle
Provide accurate sales forecasting and reporting to the Regional Manager
Routinely represent the brand at local events, industry functions, and networking opportunities
A confident and engaging presenter, comfortable speaking to clients at all levels
A proven closer with at least 5 years of successful sales experience, ideally in luxury interiors or design
Highly motivated, proactive, and goal-oriented — you love the thrill of building your own book of business
Warm, polished, and professional with strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Comfortable with outreach and lead generation (cold calls, drop-ins, and networking don’t scare you)
Strong collaborator with excellent communication skills and a customer-first mindset
Tech-savvy with fluency in MS Office/Google Suite and the ability to quickly learn internal systems
Ideally, you have experience working directly with the interior design or architecture community
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
Additional Details
Compensation: Base Salary + Commission
Territory: Texas and adjacent markets
Travel: Local and regional travel required for in person client meetings and studio visits
Physical Requirements:
Able to work at a desk and computer for extended periods
Must be able to lift up to 10 lbs as needed
