Responsibilities

  • Represent the company with integrity and enthusiasm
  • Adhere to all company policies, licensing requirements, and regulatory guidelines
  • Meet or exceed weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales targets
  • Proactively reach out to prospective clients through calls, emails, networking, and referrals
  • Conduct needsbased conversations to understand client goals and recommend appropriate solutions
  • Present and explain product options clearly and confidently
  • Follow up consistently to move prospects through the sales pipeline
  • Maintain a high level of customer service before, during, and after the sale
