Salary Range: $40000.00 - $70000.00 per year

Responsibilities
- Represent the company with integrity and enthusiasm
- Adhere to all company policies, licensing requirements, and regulatory guidelines
- Meet or exceed weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales targets
- Proactively reach out to prospective clients through calls, emails, networking, and referrals
- Conduct needsbased conversations to understand client goals and recommend appropriate solutions
- Present and explain product options clearly and confidently
- Follow up consistently to move prospects through the sales pipeline
- Maintain a high level of customer service before, during, and after the sale
