Position Title: Sales Quality Analyst
Required Skills: Analytical skills, Auditing, Sales Quality
Nice to have skills: N/A – a lot of the skills can be taught
Location: Houston, TX (4 days on-site)
Interview Process: 1 round with hiring manager and senior analyst
Length: EOY + (ideally contract to hire)
Ideal Candidate:

• Sales Quality Analyst
• Assist with auditing various parts of the business (fleet management, finance, sales quality/asset management)
• Supporting Senior Analysts (background reporting, etc)
• They will be digging into sales metrics to identify outliers and uncover sales reps that may need to be investigated
• Project Manager would be a good fit (a lot of interfacing with senior leaders)
• Provide quarterly updates on audits
• Presentation skills
• Cannot be junior – they will need minimal supervision
