We are currently seeking a Sales Planner to join the Strategy team in New York. This individual will support the East Coast sales team by participating in brainstorming sessions to translate ideas into actionable campaign solutions across Travel, CPG, Finance, and other verticals, while assisting in the development of customized proposals, sales decks, and client templates.
Responsibilities:- Day-to-day support of Sales team through development of custom proposals
- Work alongside Creative, Sales, and Client Services to ensure optimal and timely proposal delivery of all materials
- Own pre-sales plan pricing, inventory forecasting, and plan revisions
- Work with the Sales team to keep Salesforce fully up to date and the pipeline current
- Build and maintain positive communication between internal teams
- Work closely with other members of the Strategy team to balance resources and to ensure success for the entire organization
- Exceptional interpersonal skills on the phone, via video, via email, and in person
- 0-1 years of experience in similar position in the media/ad-tech marketing space (i.e. assistant media planner at digital media agency, sales planner at a digital publisher, ad network, etc.)
- A self-starting mindset, with the ability to make decisions quickly and react to a changing environment
- Deadline driven and organized, with good project management skills
- A strong grasp of PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel
- Knowledgeable on the latest advertising trends
- Bachelor's degree in a related discipline

Pay Range: USD $60,000.00 - USD $65,000.00 /Yr.
