Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sales Operations Senior Analyst to join our Regional Sales Operations team. This strategic role partners closely with Sales Operations and leadership to deliver advanced analytics, strategic forecasting, and actionable insights that drive revenue growth and operational efficiency.
The ideal candidate will have a robust background in data analysis, statistical modeling, and sales forecasting. Must be detail-oriented, a strategic thinker, and bring a proactive approach to the position. Responsibilities
* Analyze complex sales data to identify trends, anomalies, and growth opportunities across regions, services, and industries.
* Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and key performance indicators (KPIs) to monitor sales performance, pipeline health, conversion rates, sales cycle velocity, etc.
* Design and implement advanced forecasting models using historical performance, market trends, and economic indicators to support strategic planning and revenue growth.
* Create and evaluate "what-if" scenarios to assess potential outcomes of strategic decisions and market variables.
