The Sales Supervisor plays an important role in supporting the sales organization by ensuring daily sales activities and processes run efficiently. This position provides both operational and administrative assistance to the sales team while maintaining strong communication between customers, internal departments, and sales representatives.

The role involves coordinating customer interactions, managing documentation, and assisting with a variety of operational tasks that help drive sales performance. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

The Sales Coordinator will prepare sales reports, maintain accurate customer records, and provide ongoing support to help the sales team achieve performance goals. Success in this position requires strong administrative abilities, effective communication skills, and a proactive approach to supporting both customers and internal team members.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide day-to-day administrative and operational support to the sales team

  • Respond to customer inquiries and ensure timely, professional communication

  • Coordinate and schedule sales meetings, appointments, and team calendars

  • Compile, maintain, and distribute sales reports and performance data

  • Assist with preparing sales presentations, proposals, and related materials

  • Monitor sales orders and coordinate delivery timelines to ensure accurate fulfillment

  • Work closely with the marketing team to support sales initiatives and campaigns

  • Process order confirmations, invoicing, and other sales-related documentation

  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to maintain strong client relationships

  • Assist in executing sales strategies and supporting departmental objectives

Qualifications

  • Prior experience in a sales support, sales coordination, or administrative position

  • Experience working with CRM platforms and sales management or tracking systems

  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to build positive working relationships

  • Ability to effectively manage multiple responsibilities while prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines

  • Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational and time-management skills

  • Capable of working both independently and collaboratively within a team environment

  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving business environment

  • Basic understanding of sales processes and marketing concepts

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
