We are looking for a results-driven Sales & Marketing Manager to increase revenue, drive guest traffic, and expand brand awareness.
Position Summary
This role is responsible for increasing monthly revenue through event sales, promotions, digital marketing, and community partnerships. The ideal candidate has hospitality marketing or restaurant sales experience and a proven record of measurable revenue growth.
Responsibilities
- Increase bar and restaurant revenue
- Develop and manage private event sales pipeline
- Execute social media marketing (Instagram, Facebook, email campaigns)
- Track KPIs including guest count, average check, and campaign ROI
- Develop local partnerships and community outreach
- Plan and promote weekly programming (live music, trivia, themed nights)
- Manage online presence including Google reviews and SEO
- Provide monthly performance reporting
Compensation
- Base: $60,000–$75,000 (DOE)
- Performance bonus tied to revenue growth and event sales
- Opportunity for advancement as business expands
