Pivotal Health Solutions is seeking a Sales Manager to join our team.  The Sales Manager drives Pivotal Health Solutions’ commercial strategy by building strong customer relationships, leveraging deep product knowledge, and influencing purchasing decisions. The Sales Manager will maximize sales growth in key channels and with key customers. This role also supports optimizing sales operations, including email and phone workflows.

Essential Job Duties & Responsibilities

  • Establish and execute strategies for identifying and closing new Pivotal Health Solutions sales, both outbound directly with customers as well as in-bound new prospect leads across product lines
  • Develop and grow existing and new distributors
  • Travel to seminars and tradeshows to promote and sell products 
  • Complete training for customers when needed
  • Manage complex sales-cycles and dealer network
  • Collaborate and manage the successful execution of sales activities with internal cross-functional teams, with senior management, through relationships and negotiation
  • Works with customers and company resources to resolve complaints
  • Manage all sales activity including monthly forecasting of revenue in HubSpot CRM
  • Input on new product development and working with product management to maintain product information and accuracy
  • Day to day responsibility for quotes and order management process including data integrity
  • Performs other duties as assigned

Job Qualifications 

  • Bachelors degree, preferably in Business, Marketing, or related field of study
  • 2-5 years of outside sales experience, preferably in healthcare
  • Public speaking and presentation skills
  • Knowledge of sales techniques and tools (Salesforce.com, HubSpot, etc.)
  • Ability to travel as business needs dictate
  • Excellent communication, analytical, problem solving and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work and learn independently
