 Position: Studio Manager (General Manager)

 Connecticut locations

 Base: $52,000–$55,000 + strong monthly bonus opportunity

 Full-time

 What You’ll Own

Lead the Studio Business

• Drive membership sales and retention

• Manage daily operations and staffing

• Execute local marketing and outreach

Build a Strong Team

• Coach Sales Associates and Flexologists

• Set expectations and track performance

• Develop future leaders

Run the Numbers

• Monitor KPIs and revenue goals

• Identify issues early and act quickly

• Keep the studio on track week-to-week
