Sales Manager (New York, NY): Create sales forecasts and set sales quotas. Drive sales to maximize profit. Manage and oversee shop operations and staff. Enforce exceptional customer service and resolve complaints. Price products as set forth by the corporate office. Manage the budget and payroll policy. Work with the marketing team to plan and execute in-store events, promotions and partnerships. Prepare sales and financial target presentations. Must have a Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Marketing, Interior Design, or a related field plus one year experience. Must demonstrate experience in generating financial records. Must have experience in developing budgets and managing cashflow. Must have experience with negotiating contracts with interior designers and architects.
