Consult with homeowners to provide high-speed AT&T fiber and internet solutions.
Give hands-on demos of the newest smartphones to ensure customers love their new tech.
Lead morning huddles to inspire the team and set the pace for the day.
Watch the metrics and give real-time coaching to keep everyone hitting their marks.
Strategize territory coverage in El Paso to grow our AT&T brand presence.
Handle customer escalations and turn "problems" into long-term loyalty.
Spot talent within your team and prep them for their own management roles.
