RESPONSIBILITIES

Key Responsibilities
Sales Strategy & Execution

Develop and implement regional and national sales strategies aligned with company goals.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities with trade clients and dealer networks.
Forecast sales targets and ensure they are met or exceeded.
Client Relationship Management

Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients including builders, developers, architects, designers, and installers.
Act as the primary point of contact for high-value clients, offering tailored solutions and product guidance.
Dealer & Distribution Management

Recruit, onboard, and support dealers across North America.
Provide training, promotional materials, and ongoing product knowledge to ensure successful representation of the brand.
Team Leadership

Hire, train, and manage a high-performing sales team (if applicable).
Set performance goals and provide coaching to achieve KPIs.
Market Intelligence

Monitor industry trends, competitor activity, and market demands to refine sales approach.
Provide feedback to marketing and product teams on customer needs and product performance.
Operational Coordination

Collaborate with logistics and supply chain teams to ensure timely product delivery.
Work closely with the European manufacturing team to understand production timelines, specifications, and quality control.
Reporting

Maintain accurate CRM records and generate regular reports on sales performance, pipeline status, and market feedback.
