What You’ll Be Doing
Cold calling contractors, plazas, property managers, and job sites
Walking construction sites and introducing our services
Prospecting daily (in-person + phone)
Following up on inbound leads (we provide leads — but effort is expected)
Building long-term commercial and roll-off accounts
Creating proposals and closing deals
Protecting margins (no race-to-the-bottom pricing)
This role is performance-driven. Activity matters.
We want someone who:
Is comfortable talking to anyone
Can handle rejection without slowing down
Understands urgency and follow-up
Has thick skin and strong work ethic
Is competitive — but not ego-driven
Cares more about results than recognition
Waste industry experience is a plus, but hustle and effort matter more.
