Qualifications and responsibilities for this Sales Executive / Director position include:
- 10+ years of experience in commercial HVAC sales and operations, with a strong network and industry reputation
- Ability to bring a substantial book of business (commercial contracts, national accounts, etc.)
- Proven track record of growing revenue through subcontractor management and strategic partnerships
- Oversight of commercial HVAC sales, operations, and project delivery across regional markets
- Comfortable working in a flexible, entrepreneurial, and growth-oriented environment
- Experience subcontracting work to smaller crews while maintaining project quality and deadlines
- Ability to communicate effectively with executives and clients, representing the company’s capabilities with professionalism
- Strong understanding of full construction lifecycle – sales through project closeout
Salary: $100,000 - $300,000+ per year, commensurate with experience and book of business.
