Salesperson 

Identify, close and manage new business opportunities.
Sell temporary, contract and direct hire services for various labor types.
Secure short- and long-term fee agreements
Establish pay and bill rates to satisfy internal margins while keeping within client's budgets   
Nurture, maintain and grow client relationships
Work closely with recruiting team to achieve positive and successful results
Present candidates to clients and control interview/hiring process 

REQUIREMENTS

3+ years Staffing industry 
Proven track record of client relationship building 
Solid client/contact list to immediately bring to the company
