Role: Net-New Sales - GenAI + Copilots + Azure + Dynamics365 - Individual Contributor

We are currently seeking a Sales Executive – Microsoft to join our team in a fully remote US-based role. This is a 100% net-new sales role, with no legacy accounts or farming, offering significant upside tied directly to your performance. We are looking for elite, quota-dominating sales professionals who thrive in net-new, high-growth sales opportunities, particularly in Healthcare, AI, and Microsoft Cloud solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own the full sales cycle across SMB and lower-enterprise healthcare accounts.
  • Lead sales for AI-first solutions: Microsoft Copilots, Azure OpenAI agents, App Modernization, D365/Power Platform transformations.
  • Drive pipeline using Microsoft channel programs (ACR, ECIF, Co-Sell) in partnership with Microsoft field teams.
  • Sell business impact, not features: e.g., reducing clinical burnout, speeding prior authorization, HIPAA-compliant cloud transformation.
  • Collaborate with solution architects and pre-sales specialists to close deals faster.
  • Manage your territory like a business, including pipeline, forecasting, and scaling, with earnings directly tied to your performance.

Candidate Requirements:

  • 7+ years of consultative sales experience with Microsoft Cloud solutions (AI Copilots, Azure, Power Platform, Dynamics 365), consistently exceeding $5M annual sales targets.
  • 4+ years of experience closing net-new logos in healthcare (payer, provider, or HealthTech).
  • Deep understanding of Microsoft co-sell and channel mechanics (ACR, ECIF, CPOR, incentives).
  • Proven success selling services-led deals in GenAI, Cloud Modernization, and Digital Transformation.
  • Comfortable in fast-paced, high-accountability environments with 50%+ travel.
  • Strong hunter mentality: thrive in net-new, no-legacy-account roles.
  • Experience managing SMB to lower-enterprise healthcare accounts, with ability to scale strategically.
