About the Role:

This is a full-time, in-office SDR role based at our Coconut Grove office in Miami. As an SDR, you’ll be the first point of contact for prospective customers and play a critical role in generating new sales opportunities.

This role is ideal for someone early in their sales career who wants to build strong fundamentals in prospecting, communication, and qualification through hands-on experience and coaching.

You’ll focus on high-volume outreach, learning how to identify the right buyers, ask good questions, and consistently set qualified meetings for our Account Executives.

This role reports to the Head of Sales.

What You’ll Do:

  • Research and identify potential customers that match our ideal customer profile

  • Conduct outbound outreach via phone, email, and social channels

  • Ask discovery questions to understand prospect needs and determine fit

  • Schedule qualified meetings and demos for Account Executives

  • Follow up with and nurture leads who are not ready to buy immediately

  • Maintain accurate activity, notes, and pipeline updates in HubSpot

  • Learn from feedback, review performance metrics, and continuously improve outreach and messaging


What We’re Looking For:

  • Clear, confident verbal and written communication skills

  • Comfort with high-volume outreach and frequent rejection

  • Strong organization and follow-through

  • Curiosity about customer problems and how our product solves them

  • Coachability and openness to feedback

  • Self-motivation and ownership of personal goals

  • Fluency in English; Spanish is a plus

Prior SDR or sales experience is helpful but not required. We value transferable experience, a strong work ethic, and a desire to learn.
